Beta-1 adrenergic receptor binding with Isoproterenol and Carvedilol
Показать описание
Isoproterenol (shown in BLUE) is a β1- and β2-adrenoreceptor agonist while Carvedilol (shown in RED) is both a beta blocker (β1, β2) and alpha blocker (α1). This animation demonstrates the binding sites of these two drugs are partially overlapping. The drug poses were the best-docked poses with Autodock Vina version 1.1.2. Animated using Pymol by Chao in Sep 2015.
