For those asking why the power turns off the screen when being clicked thrice even if you did what was in the video, that is because the changes that you just did by following this video is not yet applied on your ipad. After doing the steps in Accessibility & Guided Access, you need to switch off your ipad and turn it on again and the changes are applied already. Once turned on, you can proceed to the image you're trying to freeze and click the power button thrice (not too fast, just the average) and that you can use the guided access already.

I did this on my phone and my phone almost stopped working thankfully I was able to turn off my phone with Siri but this video did not help me it actually made the problem worse, 1 star
