I know I’m late, but I’ve just thought of something....
“From the beginning, we knew the end”... but we forgot about that. We got so caught up in the incitrate Campaign, the beautiful Multiplayer, the immersive Forge, the dangerous Firefight, then to watch our accomplishments in the Studio.... we weren’t ever thinking of the end. We only thought about the here and now. The fun times on sandbox games like Ride or Die, Zombie town, Castle wars, all different kinds of things....
To the competitiveness of ranked, the daringness of duos, the chaos of BTB, to the simplicity of Slayer. We never thought about the Until you get to this scene... And you get so caught up in the amazing story.... That you forget it has to end, to make way for John.

It hurt. It really did. We tried to survive as long as we could. Break our top scores, see how long we could survive, when in reality.... We knew it was the only objective we could never complete. Those three players landed on the Master Chief statue a while back, and that’s it. Halo: Reach is done. We’ve done everything. All of us. Thank you all. For Reach.

What's even sadder is that six's existence is still classified after Reach, so nobody even knows what he did.

Just finished this game for the first time a few minutes ago. This scene and dialogue has me near tears. What a game. Absolutely loved it.
