I don't mind boring tailing missions but I hate the ship tailing ones because I usually get caught or loose the target. I prefer tailing a target on foot.

Nothing will ever beat the "Savonarola boat mission" in AC2. But yeah, escorts are always bad.

Respectfully ALL tailing missions, eavesdropping and interrogation were awful, which is why that formula changed.

I hated all the tail missions but I love that fact you can actually use boats in the game

I remember maxing out my ship, hunting the man o war ships docking them (i forgot what it called) destroyed all the legendary ships and always wondered why i can't get a man o war ship like the legendary ones

I skip black flag all together because two things I disliked the most about ac 3 were the tailing missions and naval combat. From what I heard that is 90% of the black flag.

The boat tailing missions weren't that bad. People tailing missions were way, way worse in Black Flag. And made even worse by the fact that there are so many of them in the game.
