The piano playing itself actually isn't creepy at all. Nickelodeon pianos were somewhat common for saloons in the wild west to have. They're called Nickelodeons because you'd insert a nickel and mechanisms in the piano would start playing it automatically. Think of it as like the original jukebox

11:50 that's not a beholder, that's a spectator. The main difference being the number of eye stalks, spectators having 4 while beholders have about 8 or 9 depending on the type. And a beholder is far to strong to be trapped in a cage

the dead dawg piano playing itself isn't really creepy, there've been clockwork auto-pianos for a good many years. You typically see them with a wheel full of pegs in the center of the piano and it's what strikes the parts that create a tune. Basically a giant music box you can manually play if you desire.
