■ Dr. Kelly is Professor and Senior Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

■ He directs the Center for AIDS Intervention Research (CAIR), a research Center funded since 1994 by the National Institute of Mental Health.

■ Dr. Kelly’s research is focused on the conceptualization, conduct, and rigorous evaluation of HIV prevention interventions in the United States and in other areas of the world.

■ He is an author of over 350 publications exclusively in the HIV-AIDS field since the mid-1980s.
