Red Dead Redemption 2: How To Enter, Activate And Unlock Cheat Codes

Red Dead Redemption 2 features a variety of different cheat codes players can unlock and enter in order to activate effects such as infinite ammo, spawning wagons, get drunk and much more. In this video I'll be showing you how to enter and activate cheat codes as well as how you can go about unlock more.

For those having trouble writing cheats, as in the the **** signs, here's what you do:
1.Go to messages or create one and type the phrases of the cheat you want to add( for those who don't have any friends, just go to messages, then select create message, after that click on the enter online id or name field and type the phrase of the cheat you want)
2. Copy the phrase that you've written in the message chat(for those who don't know how to copy it there is a 3 little dots in the chat beneath the space bar, click on it first select all as in the messages and then when it's done press x on the message and choose to copy)
3. Paste it directly on the cheat code chat.

Wish there was a way to use all the codes at the start of a new game if you already completed the game and bought all the newspapers

mine worked for the first cheat but how do you remove the dots replacing the letters and space?

Guys, alot of comments i see are saying that they are showing dots and not letters. I will explain... this is also on ps4, i typed the cheat with dots and it worked. I know the space bar comes up as a dot, and thats fine. You need to put space before the words for it to work. Like 'virtue, space, unearned, space, is, space, not, space, virtue' its fine.

Ummm.... serious? The devs expect me to find "unusual phrases" on my own, by reading the in game newspaper, and then writing phrases to see if they work? No thanks. I'll let someone else have that joy, of discovering, and ask them to make a list for me if I even ever want to just have some extra fun.
