Onn Wireless Mouse Not Working Troubleshooting Guide

In this video I go through some troubleshooting steps you can try if your Onn. 5 button wireless mouse is not working or is not connecting to your laptop or computer. The first step is to try moving the USB Nano Receiver to a different USB port. The second step is to make sure your batteries are installed correctly. The third step is to try brand new batteries. The fourth step is to use the connect button on the bottom of the mouse to try to connect to the wireless Nano receiver. holy crap my mouse did not work this whole day . i got on youtube and searched how to fix it i saw your video we have the same mouse and then i clicked on it. the last step where you take off the usb and wait 10 secs worked for me thanks!
