How I Graft a Watermelon

Where I live is not so hot, as it is a valley, so that I have never tried to grow them, as I think that watermelon needs a warmer climate. But I love this fruit so much, because it is so juicy and beautiful and it is always a joy to see them. Your watermelons will be certainly fantastic, as you have a grest care for fruit and veggies. I watched an old posting you did on this and decided to give it a go this year. I grafted last week two watermelons one on a giant pumpkin called Atlantic Giant and one on a mixed squash as they were the only spare plants that I had. The melons have not died so I will soon remove the covering and see. Worth trying as I have never been able to get watermelons. They grow but are always a bit weak. We will see.

I just had my Birthday and late today This is so wonderful you have tapering fingers Because for me I would not be as steady nor able to hold something that delicate as well as you have I was thinking this watching you graft and something that small for me would be scary You know about what you are doing too interesting too I like fir trees and used to give them away if people would eventually plant them Thank you wonderful to watch you
