How to Graft Watermelon

In this video, you will learn how to graft watermelon using the one cotyledon method. Many competitive growers graft their watermelon scion to gourd rootstock for combating soilborne diseases and increased yield. This video shows you the technique and briefly into the healing process of the newly grafted plants. A follow-up video will show care and acclimation of the grafts.
