Thank you very much 🙏- amazing details!
Growing pumpkin plants for grafting. Will graft 2 plants and then will graft them to melons, water melons and cucumbers 😁= triple root system for speed growing. This method is best for container gardening, short summer countries, cold weather.

why you do this? does the plant get more nutrition because there are two roots?

I love this clear video and I'll keep it as my reference for this year grafting, thanks for that. Surprizingly, the pumpkin root is not bigger than the watermelon one, so why not to graft 2 watermelons together if the goal is to double the root density?
My understanding from other videos seen elsewhere is that they cut the watermelon root to let only the pumpkins root alone, to probably let it grow much more, but it's only my comprehension.
A good test would be to compare 3 roots grafting would be better than 2 roots which would be better than 1 root alone, we would be fixed, mainly with watermelon seeds only to keep most optimized compatibility. I'm not experienced enough to do it.

If your grafted a pumpkin and watermelon together why didn’t the pumpkin show any of its traits? If it did where?

Given your information, you obviously won time.
It took you around 2 months and a half.
Early crop, but it's possible to grow fruits twice as big without grafting .
What's the point growing it in a confined space with poor soil in greenhouse?
Could you also be so kind and disclose the rootstock used?
There is a watermelon cultivar with white seeds.
It's stress resistant with average fruit weight 2-3 kg and very delicious.
Watermelons with white seed are usually bigger.
Yeah, and why using trellis? It's supposed to be an obstacle for transporting nutrients all the way up.
Watermelons are arguably suited for growing on a trellis
