For those who have a real Low end Pc, consider place everything on Low, then proceed to follow which steps on the video u can take to improve minimal the quality so things dont look like its blured, also Character model impacts needs to be low if you intend to play PVP and world bosses, otherwise u can set to medium if you want.

For old gpus keep the shader quality on low.

what i said is not correct, The game needs some time to load shaders i guess so after a while it will run good.

from 70fps with shaders 2fps and after some time they load properly and fps is 60-64fps

A simple fix for lag and stuttering is to disable FSR2 or DLSS in the game. For AMD Adrenalin Graphics, disable all settings. This worked for me; while on epic settings, there was no lag at all.

I'm having an issue that makes the game feel unplayable to me. It's not low fps, it's that the UI lags for me. I can get locked out of doing anything for minutes even. No button will do anything other than being able to run around, the camera won't even change. This happens all the time in the city.

I went to settings for change these graphics and I did totally same set as into your video and no more crashing effects in the screen in the game and looks great.
I was visit also in your other videos and found great made tutorials for the game even though I've exp of these MMO games but every game is different.
