Stewie likes to disguise as other people including crossdressing, he already pretended to be a baby girl, a middle age woman, a bearded man, a sexy lady that most men know, so I guess in this one he managed to marry this woman for some reason.

Stewie just wants Brian not the Ukrainian lady as we all know his always had feelings for Brian up to the point where he tries to sleep with Brian sometimes. I don't know what's more disturbing. Stewie and the adult Ukrainian lady or Brian and Stewie. Now if it was Brian he'd probably consent to it.

I sometimes forget the genius of Family Guy in general. It's done in the style of a typical, wholesome family sitcom, but the content is just absurd.

But Spy X Family is problematic because a dad picks up and praises his daughter for doing well at school.
