I’ve tried the chocolate chip, chocolate, and the snickerdoodle quest cookies and snickerdoodle tasted the best because the cinnamon really masked the protein bar flavor

I like the slim fast caramel cluster. I need to test by blood sugar with those, something tells me it will not be good.

Quest Peanut Butter cookies are a go to for me if I'm on the go and need to find something keto. I really like that I can find them at just about any gas station or grocery store.

Is it possible that the ketone swings are because you are not eating anything else all day?

Glad you enjoyed the quest cookie. It was one of the few keto snacks I really dont like, it has such a strong chalk protein taste. Much better keto cookies are fat snax, highkey, bake city (the best) or the cookie dept. Just my suggestions :)

I am not a huge fan of the slim fast clusters. Do them make just caramel? I like just the caramel part. Compared to the choc zero peanut butter cup the slim fast one can't compare now IMO. lol I like the quest cookies but I am gluten free.

I imagine there are other factors that could effect your ketones other then just the food you’re eating? Overall love the channel and info

I haven’t tried those quest cookies yet. It looked really good. I think I see mixed reviews where people either love them or hate them. I am hoping to get accepted for Quest Squad and they send you a bunch of free products. So I am crossing my fingers that they send some cookies. Lol

I haven't found a Quest cookie I like as of yet. Glad to see you testing ketone like a badass! lol
