Quick reality check: In order to serve someone with a lawsuit, you need to hold and hand the doc clearly and in an explicit manner.

Someone came to my door trying to serve my sister but she wasn't home, then when I was leaving for work 20 minutes later they were still sitting in my driveway in front of my garage so I took a video of their car and they backed out of my driveway, took a picture of my car and sped off. 2 days later both my front tires were flat, but they never came back to serve her
