How do you feel about technique being a barrier to getting max intent with the power clean? What I mean is that in order for an athlete to feel comfortable doing a power clean with maximum intent, they first need to build up a significant amount of technique and experience with the movement. Alternatively you could be doing something like hex bar jumps day 1 and getting max intent with hardly any coaching on technique.
