Hi attorney Susan, I married last February 2020 we start de facto last 2018 then we divorce May 2022 he buy a house from his parents inhiritance only his name in the title of the house we have 2 little boys age 2 and 3 and I am primary carer for youngest I have 3 days a week for eldest, is possible to get 50/50?

I’m in Texas, I’ve had my house for 23 years, I got married one year ago he filed for divorce and wants half of my house cause he gave me money to pay it off. Does he has rights?
