Unarmed+VATS will always be hilarious. You teleport around your enemy like you just learned the arts of Saiyan Speed which tends to have your enemies miss, on top of taking reduced damage in VATS

Fun fact: Near the goodsprings you can grab a shovel.
Shovel has a special attack that knocks down enemy on EVERY SINGLE HIT you do with it.
Combine this with superslam and stonewall and you will win every single fight 1v1 as long as you'll land your first special before you die.
