My roadmap for 2024 is :

1. Citi Rewards+ (May/Jun) - will be at Chase 4/24 if I get this card
2. Product change Chase Freedom Flex to Chase OG Freedom (between Apr and Nov)
3. Apply for new Chase Freedom Flex - IF the 12-mth 5% gas + groceries deal is on (Dec) (will be at 3/24 after 10/22)

Nice job Jacob. I liked your points about IHG in particular. I have my sights set on them too. Good luck with your overall plan. Road maps are rarely stuck to, but the thought process in making one is still interesting.

Boundless is such an underrated card - especially if you can score the 5 free night welcome offer! Also, a great way into the RC card if that's something you're looking to get in the future! Great roadmap Jake! We'll have to see how it turns out this year!

The issue is that every single credit card youtuber always make such roadmap but end up not following it by the end of the year. The reason is because new cards or new offers come out and they end up applying for this new card instead of the original card on their list. That is why I will not make such videos, but still interesting to hear what other people have to say. Good video.

I have the United Explorer personal and after the welcome offer I struggle to use it since my other chase cards I can transfer to United or whatever airline I choose. I love it for the 1st check bag free and I get two United Club passes annually. I'm still holding out to see what WF does this year. Great vid Jacob💥

Would love to get IHG business this year, but I'm over 5/24 unfortunately. I just redeemed my free night certificate at the InterContinental in Osaka Japan and last year I redeemed it at InterContinental South Africa Such amazing value! Wish I had more certificates.
