Question 1 - the first white column (5th from left, after CMYK) is always problematic on my brand new txf unit. Nozzle tests rarely show proper placement of lines, 70% of them are randomly empty. Is „air inside“ always the culprit?
Question 2 - if air is the culprit, is there any way to purge it without disassembling the head or cap unit?
Question 3 - I‘ll be honest, I neglected my previous unit, cjv150-75. Didn‘t do proper cleaning and after 3 years, its head is completely dead. I intend not to make the same mistakes with txf. But when I see empty lines on nozzle tests, I panic involuntarily, and try to perform normal/hard cleaning until it is fully printed. In turn, this process consumes too much ink and maintenance fluid. Can empty nozzle checks be ignored if the printer is performing actual prints without errors? When should empty nozzle checks be cause of concern? Thanks for your awesome videos!

How is this better than a mutoh 724 printer both use carriages that has no air. Mimaki is not using the new brother head. That was made for dtf, instead they are using old dx7
