In this video, I go over a service online that allows you to train your ears to hear Compression, Frequencies, and Sonic Qualities much better. Soundgym does this by allowing you to play some cool games that gives you an audio source that has been manipulated and has you pick what you think has been done to the sound. Some of the games revolve around Frequency Peaks, Distortion, Compression, Panning, Width, and many more.

Just one thing I like to say, but we should train our ears using the particular medium we are gonna mix. For example, practicing Panning game on Cans vs on Speakers are completely difference experience and same for many other games and if one's mixing primarily and entirely on cans, then one should practice with the cans but otherwise, I think (and I have some sort of justifications too) it is better to practice on speakers.
Didn't want to bash anyone, just thought of sharing this.
