Healthy flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

4 Flat out low carb pizza crust or flatbread

4 servings light laughing cow spreadable cheese

1 cup mozzarella

Rao's marinara (or any other low sugar marinara or pizza sauce)

Veggies of choice

(I chose mushrooms, and green peppers for this one)

Instructions

Brown the ground turkey

Seasoned with garlic salt and pepper

Set that aside.

Spread one triangle of laughing cow cheese on each sheet of flatbread

Put that in the oven to crisp the edges of the flatbread for about 5 minutes at 350F

Once the edges are crisp, take the flatbread out and put the toppings on. Start with the tomato sauce, then the meat, then the veggies, then the cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted.
