Thank you, Ilya, for this video. But it's pretty much the same as a myriad of others on this topic. I think it would be interesting to see some specific examples. E.g., you or someone else or a fictional candidate comes up with impactful responses to behavioral questions based on their personal (fictional) experience. Does something like this make sense?
