When people ask me if my square face is natural 💁🏻‍♀️

When I was in 7th grade, a boy who was in 8th grade was gossiping about how my face is square shaped and blah blah blah (he was part of the “popular kids squad”). I remember feeling really insecure about my face shape since and did everything I could to achieve a more round, oval face - ex. massaging the heck out of my jawline 😅 I even considered saving up money in the hopes of going to Korea to get it surgically shaved 🐒

Well now, I am in my 30s and I am SO GRATEFUL that I kept my face shape as is! 🙏🏻 I realized that ALL FACE SHAPES can be transformed into something “beautiful” when we take care of our health from the inside out - ex. get in good shape so you shed unnecessary weight, eat more real nourishing foods so your skin glows from within, cut down on inflammatory foods and drinks so you look less inflamed and puffy, do daily face massage/exercise so your skin is more toned and elastic etc. 💡💡💡

So for you young cuties out there (we have SO MANY teenagers doing our face massages & exercises!), I want you to know that you may not feel so comfortable in your own skin especially when others say mean stuff. Just know that what they say about you says more about them, not you. Your face shape will continue to evolve so give yourself time to grow into your face & body 🌱🌷🌹🪻🌻🌱
