Israel has launched extensive air strikes on southern Lebanon.

The Israeli military said its warplanes struck more than 100 Hezbollah sites, including a weapons storage facility.

Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said Israel is embarking on a "new phase of the war”.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah said deadly explosions earlier in the week "crossed all red lines”.

Israel has not said it was behind the attacks - which saw pagers and walkie-talkies explode simultaneously across the country, which killed more than 37 people and injured thousands.

The fact that Hezbollah began firing rockets from Lebanon seems to be totally missed by the BBC. Israel didn't start a front on its Northern border, Hezbollah did on 8th Oct. They were warned and asked to comply with UN resolution 1701 - they refused. And no one in Lebanon can go against them. So Israel is left with no other choice. Any other country would do exactly the same.

Why does the stronger guy in a fight have to always look like the bad guy even if the weaker guy starts the fight in the first place?

"Tensions running high", "crossing the red line", "reaching dangerous level".. haven't we been listening these things from at least 1948?

This is just stupid. Everyone is talking of a wider war when Israel retaliates but no condemnation of Hezbollah for The Last 1 year of launching rockets neither is that being considered as an act of war.

We haven’t been able to independently verify the footage, but we will show it anyway……and there in a nutshell is the BBC bias.

Nothing distressing to see here. IDF is actually addressing the terrorist issue unlike US, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia who are actually making situation in the country worse for the law abiding citizens who need to fear to have a say in their own country.

BBC asking ‘what is being done to protect people (I.e. terrorists) from further explosions of this type?’ 😂😂😂

Imagine asking what is being done to protect ISIS

And this woman is outraged that they’re pushing the bodies of terrorists off buildings???
