56:16 Dr Rangan is by far one of the cutest doctors I've ever seen in my life! Look how he feels the words he is saying! I could almost cry.
As someone who does not have any connections (i.e. no family, no friends, no partner, no children, no life quality) I still appreciate seeing others happy.

I read the thumbnail as "You weren't meant for more" when I first glanced at it. My brain was trying to make sense of that ill-placed apostrophe. lol

I resonate with that. People don’t understand I believe how valuable freedom is. money can’t buy it. Actions can preserve it action can steal it.

Sometimes it’s best not to read the comments which persuade and just listen and decide for yourself

Create in AM, Consume PM Clear in evening, is hard to fit round the commute, the 9 to 5, then the commute back, eat

But not picking up the phone for an hour in morning, gratitude acknowledging, journaling and making time to create and clear makes total sense. We need to find ways to weave into our own days.

On my commute I used to was heads down but I would strike up conversations and meet someone new that day. I loved it.

2 hours and no explanation of the excruciating apostrophe in "mean't" in the thumbnail.
