Cozy outdoor drawing by the fire | Jojo's Art Vlog

It's been increasingly more difficult to be creative in recent weeks. This week, I wanted to share a process that felt explorative and natural for me. Sketching outside by a cozy fire to help me get into the drawing mood. I have a trip to Colorado coming soon, so mountains were the first to be born on the paper. However, after sketching some ideas and formulating some kind of a composition, I decided to take it to Procreate for a more explorative take on the composition. Here I played with new brush packs and textures.

Even when you struggle with getting creative, forcing the pencil to paper and embracing the journey you want to take next with it can be really helpful. You may be surprised what comes out from it!
