To the people judging that the hijab doesn't cover the neck, the video is clearly cut off, she didn't finish applying it.

It's also a video tutorial and she can't exactly genderlock them to women only. By definition she has to start from a place that shows a little neck or something. If it bothers you, don't watch it.

You look cute! I personally follow the Quran's hijab guidance. If it's good enough for the mothers of prophets, it's good for me too! To me, that means full coverage, hijab covering any skin, from the shoulders up, except for the face from forehead to chin. No neck or hair showing anywhere. That's just my personal interpretation of hijab for myself - I respect anyone's right to dress however they want and have no issues with anyone else's interpretation and how it impacts their deen... i figure that if I expect respect for my hijab choice, then I'd better be ready to GIVE RESPECT too!
