'Pause at 2:37 I have never noticed this before. The Cat looks directly at the camera and looked like he was thinking "Oh shit we're filming?" and just acts like he didn't just break the fourth wall.

this movie was way ahead of its time. the critics butchered this film for its style of comedy and the directors choices of costumer design but he had the task of taking a simple Dr. Seuss Rhyme and turning it into a more complicated plot. He did what he could and he was the costume and set designer for Edward Sissorhands, this film is an underrated gem 💎 considering so many kids(adults now) and adults then loved it.
