To all the moms of littles, newborns, babies, and toddlers.... and really, up until about tween age.... your kid will one day sleep later than you. I promise. I used to cry when my son woke up before 5am as a baby. I'd put him in his stroller and wander around New York City where the shops weren't yet open! He's now 12 and sleeps waaay later than me.
Around age 6, he could get up, be quiet and get his own cereal. That bought me a few more moments.
Just know, that someday, you WILL sleep in again!!!
