Sometimes we just have those days 😄 it’s nice you let her skip a day, I recall my mother offering to call the school on days when I was not feeling entirely there too 😊 I think it would be nice to have a bit more lenience from schools with this, provided it’s only on occasion ;)

I feel like missing school for spending a day with mom learning and doing life skills was just if not more important than going to school. I feel like people learn more with real life experiences or maybe that’s just me.

my mom gives us 3-4 days out of the school year to skip if we are totally tired, didn’t do hw and we were too tired to do it that night, if we had a test the day after we skipped, if we needed to study, or if we just wanted to chill for the day.her rules are ur room had to be clean before the end of the day and we had to tell her the night before or early that morning. it’s amazing and i’m saving them all for them and of the school year this year😂😂🤩
