Making Polite Requests - Use of English

When you ask someone to do something, it's important to ask in a friendly or polite way.

If you don't, you risk creatinf a bad atmospherd or making people angry.

You should use words like 'please' and 'thank you'...and use Modal Verbs such as 'can' and 'could', because Infintives alone can sound quite aggressive.
