In today's video I take a swing at Claire's Recipe from DESSERT PERSON for Flaky All-Butter Pie Dough along with her recipe from Bon Appétit for BA's Best Apple Pie. The two crust recipes are fairly similar and the whole recipe for BA's Best Apple Pie is available on their website. However, I strongly recommend getting Claire's cookbook. Hey I did the thrice baked rye cookies and I had issues with it. I selfishly suggest that one because I want to see another person make that recipe! It was really tasty but didn’t turn out how i thought they were going to.
