This is a Fantastic display! Amazing colors as well as blacks and whites. It’s also almost half the price of the 5k. This is not a budget monitor by any means. It looks just like the display on the MacBook Pro. I love mine!

I managed to hook up my surface GO to this thing and the picture quality with Windows 10 is just amazing. I even found a tool to adjust brightness. I prefer a smaller 22" display over a 24" because it doesn´t overpower your nervous system so easily yet still not sure why I should pay 2.5 times more than for the 24" 4K variant

I'd get the 4K over the 5K because
1. Less price
2. Thin top bezel (no facecam or iSight)
3. Perfect size for consumers.

Reasons why the 5K is better
1. FaceCam or iSight
2. Perfect size for professionals
3. Higher resolution
4. Best companion for iMac Pro(I don't know whether the 21.5 inch, 4K iMac can support two 4K displays).

My neighbour is selling one for 150$ and claims it’s new and never used it, I was gonna buy the 27 5k for like 1000$ but the iMac I was using was 21 so I’m fine with that size
