This recipe can make18 pieces of snowy mooncake(48g each)
1. Custard :(450g=25gx18)
* 3pcs Eggs
* 80g Sugar 1/4cup+2tbsp+1/2tbsp
* 90g Milk 6tbsp
* 60g Heavy whipping cream 1/4cup
* 30g Wheat starch 4tbsp
* 30g Cake flour 4tbsp
* 30g Milk powder 4tbsp
* 50g Unsalted butter
2. Dough :(407g=22.5gx18)
* 50g Sweet rice flour 6tbsp+2tsp
* 30g Rice flour 4tbsp
* 30g Wheat starch 4tbsp
* 30g Sugar 1/8cup
* 20g Condensed milk 1tbsp
* 30g Oil 1/8cup
* 230g Milk 3/4cup+3tbsp+1/2tsp
* 5g Matcha powder 1tsp
* 5g Cocoa powder 1tsp
3. 2tbsp Sweet rice flour

mold size:50g mooncake mold

These mooncakes look so good!! I think I could eat a fews at once 😋. I just made some today actually but with slightly healthier ingredients so I don’t feel so guilty 😂.

Thank you for this recipe, but I do have a question.
I've made that yesterday but the dough was much stickier than in the video.
I've used the same amounts as the recipe but mine was softer and stickier.. I used plastic gloves but the texture still didn't change much.
It turned out really good, apart from the being a bit soft, did I do something wrong? I might have steamed it for a bit longer than 25 minutes, could that be the cause?
I do want to make that again without making any mistakes..

Can I use corn starch i don't have wheat starch first time I know there is wheat starch

I follow the recipe but could not immediately do the mooncake so I put the mixture into fridge foe a few hours when I return I took out to continue make. After finished and put into fridge for 2 hours, felt that the skin a bit hard. May I know is it because I place the mixture too long?
