I will never understand why a law enforcement agency was formed specifically to to deal with 3 things that aren't illegal. Then they are somehow allowed, outside of our legislative body to create laws, again about 3 things that Are Not Illegal, and then enforce those constantly changing laws, rendering yesterday's law abiding citizens into today's unwitting criminals. This is the most fucking bonkers thing i have ever heard in my lifetime! The ATF must be abolished!

The Supreme Court sounds like a parent that keeps telling a child to stop doing something bad but never punishes the child. Since there is no negative repercussions the child (lower courts) will keep ignoring the Supreme Court.

Sounds a lot like the Matt Hoover case! They put him in prison for an item they called a machine gun however the ATF couldn't get any of the items to work! I can't believe the court found enough potato head sheeple to fill the jury and convict Matt! Stay safe and 2A everyday and everywhere!
