Pico/MicroPython UART-to-PC File Retrieval Demo

Demo of MicroPython code that can transfer files from a PC and either use them as string data or it will store them as local files in the Pico's filesystem.

A program has to be running on the PC side that listens for file-fetching requests from the Pico for the process to work.

At some point I'll probably enhance the data link so that the Pico can fetch files over HTTP. Launching of programs on the PC that spew out text to be captured by the Pico are another future possibility.
