When I was a kid, it was so much fun to go to a rental store on Friday, and rent movies and video games. The weekend was always fun while playing games and watching movies. Those great times will never be again.

Im sorry but no serious collector considers a sealed common title a holy grail. So many copies of them were made its no big surprise that some weren’t sold. The fact that you have stacks of some of these titles just goes to show how easy it is for one person to obtain them

What a collection! It's great to see the preservation in this form of media at this level. Some folks have no clue what a vhs even is, which is ok. Vids like this can be used as an introduction to something you may have never known about otherwise. Passing the knowledge, preservation, having fun, reflecting on the past to a different time are all great things going on here. I've got a good Crunk of vhs myself. Most of my collecting is heavy on the nostalgia train for sure but I still appreciate what this form of media did and where it lead is in regards to watching movies at home when at one point or another, that was something not common. Great collection and information into the variants as well. I have a decent amount knowledge of this subject but it's always good to learn something new or expand. 🤟🔥🎃

There was nothing like exploring our local vhs rental store with my father back in the 80s when I was a kid, It was pretty small but was an Aladdin's cave of amazing movies and covers, I kept getting told by the owner to keep away from the horror section but I manged to have a good look sometimes as I was pretty short and when he was distracted I would sneak by the counter.

4:56 "the last film that was released on VHS" that's only in U.S.A. In South Korea Inception was the last "Hollywood" film ever released, which was December 2010.

Hey Kohl! This is an awesome VHS collection! I also love collecting VHS. it's one of my favorite hobbies. Nothing is better to me than picking a VHS off my shelf and putting it in my VCR and watching it. Love collecting hard to find, rare titles.

I remember when Dvds came out we literally threw hundreds of VHS tapes in our company Skip for crushing. They were deemed pointless at the time! Wonderful collection here.

Can we get a count of how many times he says "extremely rare". You can tell he's only in it for the money just by the terminology he's using. Such a shame.

It’s no Victorville Film Archive, but I think most movie buffs and VHS heads would be delighted nonetheless. I give this collection 5 bags of popcorn.

What I think watching this and listening to this guy talk is probably how people think of me and my video game collection.

No matter what people say on here... That's an AMAZING collection! Those who laughed at someone who had an original 1985 Super Mario Bros Nintendo cartridge sealed aren't laughing at how much it's worth now! I read about one being sold for $57K.
