Wine, the drink of gods - La Mancha DO

Wine has had a ritual and symbolic importance in different civilisations because of its ability to please the senses. In the Bible, it appears for the first time in Genesis, where the Law of Moses, the rules that governed the people of God, allowed the use of wine, but not drunkenness. In general, it appears with both a positive and a significant slant. It appears in some passages like the Last Supper and the Miracle of the Wedding at Cana.
