Do you remember Olivia newton John's Dance Workout Video? Oh! I mean her music video. No, her soundtrack is not in this one.
It is, however, a real dance fitness video. So, it's time to wave your hands up high, lift your legs and make those hips sway like ya just don't care!😁
I still want you to feel that this is a dance and not an aerobics workout routine. But you can't deny that the movements here will make your sweat pour and your heart pound like crazy.
That's the intention - make your heart beat faster!
Experts say that the fat burning process only begins when your heart beats fast enough. I won't give you any magic numbers of what your beats per minute should be. Otherwise, you would just monitor yourself meticulously. It is better just to keep moving as intensely as you can. And, of course, enjoy the dancefit to the max!

This is a happy song, just like Olivia's "Let's Get Physical". Its melody is also jumpy. That is why I added jumps. A lot of jumps with kicks!
Dance Nature
This dance workout video starts with arm swings then adding some leg raises to build up the heat. Then, side steps follow with both arms swaying in the opposite direction.
The hardest part of this dancefit routine is the series of kicks and side stumps with the arms pushing up and making a pounding motion we the foot stumps to the side. These movements progress from single to double repetitions.
The breaker, same as the ender, is alternating leg raises with the arms moving in a circular motion heading towards the rising knee.
