I am an introvert ❤. I never get lonely or bored ❤ I love my own company, silence, peace ❤ it took me decades to know that introversion is good

Fellow introvert here can so relate to this. I appreciate all the beautiful elements of this video the words, music, delicious recipes to try, the majesty of nature and the celebration of autumn for you and your home. Thank you for the loveliness.

Your video meant so much to me, as I, too, am an introvert. For many of my 65+ years, I felt guilty/ashamed of being quiet. Some individuals seemed to feel the need to "push" me into intense interactions. I even tried to push myself into roles that might change me into being an extrovert. But now that I have many years of life experience, I am comfortable being myself. I realize I am an "observer." And that is 100% okay! I am compassionate, a great listener, and I see so many things others miss. A stop-and-smell-the-roses kind of girl.

Isolating a difficult part of a piano piece—slow it down, play hands separately until you get it right. Then may I suggest playing it 10 times right that way it is in your mind ten times the right way not just ten times the wrong way—then the right way overcomes your muscle memory for the wrong way. This is the technique used in the Suzuki method.

I tried the chicken recipe after receiving it in your newsletter—it is delicious, thank you! I agree about the piano. We just purchased a grand piano, and my dreams have come true! I have terminal cancer, and it was the only thing on my bucket list; even if I only get a few more months on it, it means everything. Agree on your technique on the piano and life! Oh, and my Oncologist nutritionist recommended LMNT a few weeks ago due to all my surgeries and chemo side effects. I've seen it here before on your channel, but now I will for sure try it! ~Diana Claire

“Think of Me” sung by Sierra Boggess as Christine Daae in Phantom is one of my favorite songs. I’ve seen Phantom five times on Broadway, she’ll always be my favorite Christine. ❤️

Christian philosophy is definitely a subject I am enjoying studying in my 40’s also. I love C. S. Lewis and Chesterton. Lovely video!

I love Emerson, Thoreau, Marcus Aurelius, Cicero, and in September and October I especially love to read Washington Irving, Edgar Allen Poe, Robert Lewis Stevenson and Henry James. Unfortunately, we don't have children and I would so love to read aloud to a child. However, I'd start out with age-appropriate classic books like Alice in Wonderland and other beloved titles. I love youtube for your beautiful, peaceful videos that offer so much inspiration and encouragement and It's nice to know that you too are an introvert! My hope and prayer is to somehow find someone with which to share and discuss classic literature, philosophy and faith.

Charlotte Mason and the combined topic of Classical Education has gotten me back into a philosophical frame of mind this year. I love it.

Lovely video, as always, and the music on this one is 😍. I especially like the “Samantha” dress on you, it is so perfect for you, and for the Fall season! This “philosophical whiplash” conundrum makes me think of the quote by Tasha Tudor… “I enjoy doing housework, ironing, washing, cooking, dishwashing. Whenever I get one of those questionaires and they ask what is your profession, I always put down housewife. It's an admirable profession, why apologize for it. You aren't stupid because you're a housewife. When you're stirring the jam you can read Shakespeare.” Yes, we do have a lot of mundane responsibilities, but our lives as homemakers also allow us the opportunity to think deeply as we work and in the pauses between our duties, and put our philosophies in and through our hands into our homes and families.

Jennifer,
This video resonates with me. I always feel guilty when I want to be alone. Learning to understand this is so powerful. Thank you for making this video.

It’s just uncanny you mentioned nature as a portal, the quotes from the Walden book, and limiting beliefs! Because this week I restarted my meditation practice and have been deeply reconnecting with my own intuition, manifesting, and having that inner knowing. What a remarkable coincidence, or is it? 😅 I do think we are all connected in a wonderful way. Especially the lovely community you’ve created! ❤

Hello Jennifer! I'm enjoying your philosophical and inspirational videos. I feel exactly the same way--I ponder life's big questions a lot...and then my adorable boisterous kids bring me back to the present moment, with all of the fun and frustration that goes along with daily life. I appreciate both, but am looking forward to a time when I am not pulled in so many directions. Your skin is glowing by the way!

I tried the egg sandwich this morning. I am a cheese lover, so I used 2 pieces of Pepperjack cheese….won’t do that again! My mouth is on fire! Next time I will use only 1 piece of pepperjack. The sandwich was awesome! I will be trying the Honey Chicken recipe this weekend. It looks scrumptious. Thank you for sharing these recipes.

I've always been an extrovert. People energize me😊but now that I'm a retired RN, I'm immersing myself in homemaking and gardening like I didn't when I wasn't young. It's been very rewarding. Xoxo Stacie ❤
