Bought this from my mum, she loves it. She only been using it a week, but it’s good to see her taking care of herself, by setting aside time for her self every day. She taking photos every other day and after a month we are going to see if it’s working. She says she only feels the tingle When the moisturiser on her face drys up. When it’s very wet from the cream she doesn’t feel so much tingling, I hope it works for her, just because it’s nice to see her doing something just for her . Worth the money for that alone.

It gives great results! I use Dermawand since the first one, about 15 years (?) I now have my third one, the Dermawand Pro. I use it every morning. I'm 56 and no wrinkles yet. I love my Dermawand! I've had mine for over 10 years now. It plumps my skin and firms and tones the texture. I really feel an "awakening" when I use it on low around my eyes. It may seem too time consuming to some people, but try it and you'll see what it does and you'll want to use it more.
I use it on my hands (back only of hand and fingers, NOT ON NAILS...ouch!!! ) and arms and legs while watching TV in the living room and, when in bed watching TV at night, I use it on my face, neck and chest and wake up looking refreshed. I only use it in the morning around my eyes to wake up ( it really helps). So don't think you need to do this every morning or every night. You don't. I have had mine for a few years. I bought it second hand after seeing an infomercial and wanting one. Then I went to The Derm Store and had an electrical treatment for face on a spa sample day. I had to have the Derma Wand if I could find it. The other machine was over $300. I used it consistently for a couple months while at my desk.... then fell out of using it. I went on a retreat with my Fabulous Friend to an island and I thought we'd have spa day with the DermaWand. We got too busy to use it... I remembered it about a week ago and decided It Was I've been using it consistently (minus one day) for a week. My skin feels soo good. My kids thought so too. Now I'm looking forward to my skin looking and feeling rejeuvinated. I removed the wrinkle between my brows before with massage (It was an Ex-Husbnd's line :D) and now I'm using the Dermawand and massage in between the brows to reduce the current (More due to circumstances than my 2nd husband.).

My skin feels great and I look forward to seeing toning results.

Ok, here is an update. Since receiving the Dermawand I have used it 4-5 times a week. I don't have time to use it twice a day. Now in all honesty, I don't see a major difference. But there is some...maybe because I use setting on 6 which I graduated to that level. I started with a 3. I use Oil of Olay retinol cream moisturizer, or oil such as Coconut Oil or vitamin E oil.

I think with continued use I will see more results. It takes time. My major facial problem is droopy jaw line which gives me frown lines around my mouth. Again, there is SOME IMPROVEMENT. I’m not giving this a bad review; rather a fair assessment. I will try a higher setting to see if that makes a difference. 👍🏽🌹💕

Had my dermawand since 2014, i didnt use it at first. I recently used it twice everyday for a week now and I can see big difference on my skin, ive got dewy skin and always get complement at how my skin looked fresh and smooth looking, aint gona stop using it tho. The only thing was i have to adjust my preparation in the morning and at night. I would normally give 5mins each session to use it ;)

I bought my dermal and since 2014. Now is 2018 . Since that time I didn’t use it much. Then I noticed I have so much wrinkles on my forehead. I’m 561/2. I just start using it for about a week now and I noticed my wrinkles seemed softer and plumper. So is my lips. Also my skin is softer throughout. Love the oxygen smell👍👍

I've had the DermaWand for many years. Everytime I go out to lunch or for an event I always use the wand and I always get compliments on how good I look. My problem is that I keep forgetting to use it on a daily basis. It does plump up my face and softens my lines, especially the marrionette lines.

I'm an esthetician and I have a Dermawand for home use. It's great for acne and shrinks pores, but any anti-aging effect is in your head. It's worth every dime for what it's really good at, but this is not an answer to signs of aging.
