Yes, we have a 2012 Sam Samsung side-by-side refrigerator and it has just we were wiping it down and making it shine and I accidentally pushed washed rubbed the buttons on the front of the refrigerator and it put it into the showroom mode and I need to know how to get it out of the showroom mode and put it back intoworking beautifully mode.

On my Samsung is the second time I replace the Temp Sensor....but this time the fridge still at 62 degrees after 20 hours.
Freezer is fine -2 degrees, all the functions works, no fault code.

Any ideas??

help. my samsung cool n cool model SR-S22FTC display both freezer and refrigerator stuck at 15°C and so is the temp inside. i have tried to press both top left (quick feeeze) and top right (vacation) button for 8 seconds, then all the lights were blinking.
1. after blinking then the display went off. before it lights up again and still showing 15°C both,
2. for second attempt, when blinking, i pressed the bottom right button (refrigerator temperature) and the display shows symbols i'm not sure what it is. but nothing changed when i tried to lower the temperature.

please help, what should i do then? thank you.
