Great job, just like all the others I've seen. Looking at the top of the case it looks like cola was spilt on it and then the sticky goey mess is most likely the dryed, heated and caramelised remains from the drink. I've seen Pepsi that's been spilt and left on a surface that gets hot and it looked a lot like the mess on that board as it concealed up into several dark brown sticky squishy blobs.

Hey why is your Xbox boot logo black & white?! I've NEVER seen that before, is it a custom boot logo? Can you use custom boot logos? Like when you format/partition a fresh hard drive and Install OSU1 sometimes you have to manually put the boot screen onto the hard drive, could u just use your own custom boot screen?

Every last one of these repairs ends up replacing a MOSFET, however all three of mine are reading .66 v on the diode and my PSU is reading 11.93 on all rails, but all i get is a beep, what other things could it be? No short on any rail

is my APU cooked I have no shorts on the 12v rail but the Xbox turns on getting a fan spin then when you turn it on the Xbox beeps light comes on then off

Hi! I was curious if you could try to make a video of the launch style Xbox one with no power and attempt to repair. I could not find one on your channel not others channels. I have two fat launch Xbox ones with no power. One slightly makes some sort of noise but it is not the noise you get when you turn on. The other gets nothing. C9E6, C9D11, C9D6, and C9D1 are all all shorted on the power rail. Really want to attempt to fix them but I don’t know how to narrow it down to what’s wrong on the older Xbox one consoles

Great video! I have an xbox one s that does a beep on/off (after 3 seconds). The mobo is absolutely clean. The mobo is very new and no visible damage and no shorts on the 12v rail. Power supply is good, and all mosfets are golden. I'm leaning toward the APU being the issue here. What do you do to feel confident that the APU needs a reball? I appreciate your assistance mate. I would have cleaned the casing of coffe in the holes. OSD is killing me on this one.
