I finally figured out why my island sucks

I have SO many areas on my island that I have left unfinished, and today is the day I conquer at least a few of them. Sometimes I forget to finish these exterior builds on my summer island, so let's hop to it!

I think if you wanna make your boardwalk more carnival-y, you should add one of the cotton candy or balloon stands, and add the spinning wheel thing with the numbers! And something about the party lights arch on either entrance might be fun if you have the space!!

Speaking of summer, I think animal crossing missed an opportunity is add summer crops like watermelon, peppers, and sunflower...but I guess we can survive

Idea's for winter:

Ice rink/entrance
Hot chocolate stand
Tree farm

For the boardwalk
Theres a carnival game stand you can buy at the nook stop i think its the same size as a stall. Also cotton candy machine or popcorn machine
I also think some balloons would look nice
And maybe customise one of the paper bags to be one of those goody bags you can buy (i don't remember the name of them lol)

I think adding the bamboo fence around Toby and Monty’s houses would look great with the tiki bar! I also think adding a shell speaker over there would be nice too to add some tunes 😋

I have a mix of tropical + farm + city/beach town on my island and it’s such a vibe! It makes sense for veggies to grow during the summer (because that’s when it happens irl) 😂 I love your island so much! I think the carnival items are good for boardwalk vibes. You can place a game/etc and just terraform the river a bit to open up more space for the items

I set up an outdoor beach theater. There's a big projector screen and pillows on the beach, and I have snacks and drinks scattered around the sand

The Marine sing 2001 really gives tropical chill vines to me so i think that would actually work out for your dock thingy :D

A idea for autumn could be a pumpkin carving area maybe
