Tour of the town of Tequisquiapan, Queretaro | English | Subtitles | Queretaro | Canadian in Mexico

In this video (Queretaro Vlog) we are exploring the town of Tequisquiapan, or, simply Tequis, Mexico. This town is located in Central Mexico north of Mexico City in a State called Queretaro. The town is small, but nice. We walked around and toured the streets and parks and like always, we had some local Mexican Food!

This town is what is called a Pueblo Magico, which are " towns around the country that offer visitors a "magical" experience – by reason of their natural beauty, cultural richness, traditions, folklore, historical relevance, cuisine, art crafts and great hospitality" - wikipedia.

Being a Gringo in the area was interesting. This was a town that isn't use to too many non-Mexican tourists, so we easily stood out. Did we feel unsafe? Nope. Our first impressions of Tequisquiapan were great! It was great to travel Queretaro - especially Tequis!

Josh, this was a cool little town to visit and spend some time, some of those colors are pretty cool. I do not want to see anyone try to hop over that broken glass wall, ouch. I hope you gave those dogs something to eat LOL.
