External HDD issues on PlayStation Classic

I bought a Seagate 5 TB external HDD but it didn't work on my PlayStation Classic. Luckily I could replace it with my Buffalo DriveStation 3 TB.

I have a 1TB Drive laying around that has one of those usb SATA connectors, wondering if that would work with Eris

Ho un problema con la mia ps classic.. all'improvviso non riconosce nessun controller, e appena l'accendo compare un messaggio con scritto: "impossibile riconoscere il controller. Riconnetti il controller alla porta 1 del controller". Come posso risolvere?

whats the benefit of having it plugged in the second way? I dont understand the wifi adapter and all. i was able to use a 128gb usb for a few games awhile back. but i want them all. so should i be able to get the entire usa library on the 3tb drivestation alone? is the the otg and wifi adapter needed? whats the essential stuff i need to get the job done? will this work with autobleem?

Hey there, random question, if you use the KM core injector on Project Eris, will it overwrite the roms file? Wanted to get the KM cores, but worried using the injector will overwrite important stuff on Project Eris. Thank you!

I'm terrible at this. I bought a Project Eris mod over a year ago. My PSC has since shit the bed. I just bought another, but I'm scared to try plug and play. I don't want to inadvertently erase that hard drive. Will plug and play work or will I need to format this new PSC?

Your 5TB might not draw enough power from the PSC. Did you try a Y cable.

5tb? dude come on thats beyond excessive. even with every game from every system you can emulate on psc you might use half that. i plan on modding mine with an internal 500gb hdd and i may not even use that much. i will say it will be nice to be able to play psp games on the tv.
