That first guy was WILD! "Made in USA" stamped right on it, and he's arguing! lol

The fact that the guy walked in w what he thought was a real Monet without gloves and just chucked it on the counter is incredible

A French bronze from 1888 stamped 'Made in U.S.A.' seems slightly suspicious 😂

I love how what the art expert looked for in the "Monet" wasn't technique or style, but signs of aging. In retrospect that seems like a no brainer thing to check, but no one else thought to do so.

I love when ol' man defused the situation about the "Made in USA" statue 💪 Very professionally done. RIP Richard Benjamin Harrison 🙏 💯

“ I don’t know what your talking about “ admits he doesn’t know the history then tells him he thinks he’s full of crap .

If you have a monet, why are you in a pawn shop??!!

I think Pawn Stars was the last stop for each of these items. They all got denied at the museums and the legit places where you actually want to sell at.

The guy with the Monet absolutely knew it was a fake, his reaction was like oh yeah, you're probably right 🤣

The little gold tag on the bottom that says “ Made in China “ is a red flag to me

I love how the guy came in and didn't know what he had and still argued with Rick 😂

How long did they have to prep Chumley for that monolog? He wouldn't know a Miro from a Charles Schultz

The guy with the Monet had already spent that 5, 000, 000 in his head. With these things you really shouldn’t count your money until it’s in your hands.

Salvador Dali was notorious for signing cheques to people and businesses because he knew they would never cash them in

The art guy nailed it. You aren't gonna see a Monet in a pawn shop. If it was really Monet the guy would be calling art galleries and museums not pawn shops not even one as famous as this one.

This first guy wants to say "what you see and what you can PROVE are two different stories"....but the good pawnbroker just SHOWED HIM the stamp that is embossed on the statue that says it was make in the United States in the 50's. That is solid proof of what he's saying in my book.
