♥ My partner has ADHD and he's all about list making. Work days are pretty routine and filled but he even schedules where eating fits on the agenda when he has days off.

The part with reducing the noise, is something I really need to do. I don't feel so well, and I fill up all the alone time with distractions 🙈

What a helpful video! I’ve never been officially diagnosed with ADHD, but like you, I have every single symptom. I first started really noticing the symptoms about 20 years ago and it’s been a constant in my life since then. I’ve learned to accept my situation and have learned coping mechanisms over the years. I love videos like this to get more helpful tips. Some days are harder than others as far as keeping focus and I often times drive my husband and children crazy when my thought process is all over the place or when I start 10 different projects and finish none of them lol. Anyway, I’m trudging along and doing the best I can😊❤

❤ Very helpful, thank you. I, too, exhibit many ADHD behaviours and have only realised this in my senior years. Over time I have developed strategies to manage and achieve my goals. I am a great believer in systems and routines since reading the book Essentialism: the discipline pursuit of less by Greg McKeown. Have you read it? Minimalism has also been a great help, although I am still working on getting to a point where I have a simpler life and far fewer things to manage.
