Leg Lymphedema and Leg, Ankle, and Foot Swelling can cause aching and difficulty doing your normal daily activities. Leg swelling can be caused for many reasons, like lymphedema, venous insufficiency, lipoedema, after surgery, or other reasons. For all, exercise is extremely important for lymphatic health and to manage leg lymphedema.
In this video, I go through the best leg lymphedema exercises that are similar and easy to do for all levels. These exercises can help get the fluid moving out of your arm or hand and improve your joints, skin, and decrease size.

I really appreciate your videos. I've saved a bunch of them to show my oncologist. I've had swelling in my legs all along but now the right leg is really bad with the swelling going into my knee. It's debilitating because I can't really walk. I see my oncologist every week and it's just not getting better. I've actually gained 26 pounds in the last few weeks because of the fluid. I've gotten more insight and help from watching your videos than anything. I had a lumbar puncture that caused nerve pain in my back and now this swelling problem makes it worse. I really need this to get better so I can even do basic activities.

Most people will benefit from taking turmeric with added circumin I have started a week ago and already the swelling has reduced in my legs I highly recommend it .

Thank you, Kelly. Your videos are packed with so much helpful information. I never knew that I could perform lymphatic drainage - I thought I would have to see a specialist. Thanks to you, I have started to learn how to help my body get rid of lymphedema. I had a double mastectomy which has left me feeling unattractive and worsened pre-existing lymphema issues I had before my cancer surgeries. Your dry-brushing video and manual lymphatic drainage helped so much. I have improved my heath and post-surgery body acceptance issues thanks to your generosity in sharing this information.

male 58, and this is the first video i have found on YT, that is for cancer/leg swelling... my chemo has this side effect, and am dealing with feet/ankle swelling. have not been diagnosed with lymphedema, venous insufficiency, lipoedema, but i need these exercises

I’m happy I came across this video because I have lipedema and lymphedema in both my legs from the down. I just wanted to go away.

Thank you so much for showing exercise for the area above the knee. I'm had swelling there ever since microscopic surgery for a torn mlniscus and I believe these exciserses may do away with the swelling. Looking forward to more of your videos. Sylvia

The exercise that truly helps my edema is a rebounder! I discovered this only a few months ago. I'm able to manage my swelling ankles, feet and tight legs with bouncing up and down without pressure on joints. I don't wear my compression socks and it works out quite well without. This is by far one of the best lymphatic drainage methods I've come across. My bungee mini-trampoline is 40 inch in diameter and of extremely good quality, one you'd see in a gym. I had a cheap spring version but it squeaked and the springs broke in under three months whilst the mat was not as giving as my current rebounder! Finally, the health benefits are enormous !

At what frequency would you recommend doing these exercises, daily? Thank you for this video! It's so helpful. My Mom has stage 4 cancer and her lymphedema is awful, trying to find ways to help.
